Blue Ridge Well Pump is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed well contractors serving Western North Carolina. We do not perform well work ourselves. When you submit a request, we pass it to one independent well contractor serving your area. The contractor is not our employee, agent, or partner in performing the work. Any agreement to perform work is solely between you and that contractor.
No guarantees about contractors
We do not guarantee that a contractor will respond, that one will be available at a particular time, that any contractor's work will meet your expectations, or that any price will be lower than another. We ask contractors who receive requests to hold the certification or license that North Carolina requires for their work, but you should verify credentials, ask for a written estimate, and decide for yourself whether to hire anyone. We are not responsible for the contractor's work, workmanship, pricing, warranties, or conduct.
