Please read: Blue Ridge Well Pump is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed well contractors serving Western North Carolina. We do not perform well work ourselves.
Before you send the form
- If there is danger, call 911. This form is not monitored around the clock and is not for fire, gas, electrical shock, or injury.
- If the well was flooded, keep the pump's power off until the water recedes and do not drink the water. See the guide to no water from your well.
- If you have no water right now, it helps to say whether other power in the house works and whether a breaker has tripped.
What to include
In the details box, these help a contractor prepare:
- When the problem started and what you noticed first.
- Whether you hear the pump, and whether a breaker has tripped.
- The pump's approximate age and the well depth, if you know them.
- Access issues, such as a steep or unpaved driveway.
What happens next
We choose one independent contractor who serves your ZIP code and send them your details. They contact you, ask questions, and arrange a visit. They set the price and do the work. We cannot promise a response time. If you do not hear back within a reasonable time, you are free to contact other well contractors yourself.
The service is free for homeowners, and you are never obligated to hire the contractor. We may receive compensation from the contractor who receives your request. Read more on the about page.
Your information
We store your request in Cloudflare KV storage, keep it for up to 24 months, and do not sell it. The privacy policy lists what we collect.
